Neapolitan fritters

A common street food in Naples: airy fried dough balls with maybe a bit of meat, anchovy, zucchini flowers or anything else inside. Pasta cresciute con alghe (with bits of seaweed) is a favourite.

That's the savoury version: sweet ones in Napes are called zeppole.
