Trapizzino

Invented a few years back by Stefano Gallegari at 00100Pizza in Rome, this is the latest entry in the capital's street food vernacular: a pizza corner split open and filled with classic Roman dishes such as padellaccia without spilling sauce everywhere. The trademark name comes from tramezzino and pizza.
