Sweet chestnut ravioli

This is a popular Christmas sweet in central Italy. The pastry is made with olive oil and white wine, and filled with boiled chestnuts, chocolate, honey, almonds, rum, vanilla and dried limes, then fried until golden and sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon.
