Giovanni da Niccolò Mansueti (c. 1465–1527), student of Gentile Bellini, was a talented painter of narrative histories, similar to the style of Carpaccio, but that's about all that anyone knows of his life. He has a couple of paintings on the Miracle of the Cross and another on the Life of St Mark in the Accademia.
