Jamboree
Barcelona's top jazz club
Jamboree is an institution on Barcelona's music scene. Over fifty years on Plaça Reial, it's seen the neighborhood go down and back up again. Ella Fitzgerald and many others performed here in the old days, and today it gets most of whatever big names pass through town, although the majority of its performances are by local talent (Catalan musicians 60%, the rest of Europe 20% and the United States 20%). There are two concerts every night of the year.
The same management runs the Tarantos Flamenco club next door.
