Barcelona Pipa Club
A hidden refuge, and live jazz
You have to press the button to get in, but this clubby nightspot with a Sherlock Holmes feel is well worth a visit, even if you aren't a pipe smoker.
Founded by pipe lovers in 1980, it has recently relocated to Gràcia, with a cosy bar and pipe smoking room (where they hold slow smoking contests), as well as a museum of pipe and tobacco paraphernalia and frequent live jazz music to make it all even more convivial.
