L'Auditori

Barcelona's newest house of music

Inside the Auditori

This grim and wearisome concert hall was designed by top Spanish architect Rafael Moneo and opened in 1999, as one of the first steps in the massive redevelopment of the Glòries Catalanes. Besides a pair of state of the art concert halls used for a wide variety of music, it houses the city's most prestigious school of music and the Museu de la Música.
