Klassika franska bakverk kallade profiteroles, gjord på branddeg.

Profiteroles are balls of pâte à choux, filled with ice cream and covered with chocolate sauce (which is what you’ll usually get if you order them for dessert).

But there are many other fillings, including crème pâtissière or crème chiboust. The French also like to make swan shaped ones and pipe them full of Chantilly cream.
