Clafoutis aux cerises.

Popular and easy to make during cherry season, especially because there is a camp that claims you must never ever pit the cherries (for the sake of the superior flavour endowed by the cherry stones). Take a well-beaten flan-like batter, pour it in a pan, add ripe cherries, sprinkle with vanilla sugar, bake et voilà!
