Le myrte aux montagnes de Jijel.  Quand les délices des fruits se mêle aux senteurs des feuilles.

Myrte (myrtle) is one of the scents of Corsica’s maquis, one that Napoleon missed when he was exiled to St Helena. The fruit and leaves are used to make a fragrant liqueur called Myrttei Blanche made by Cap Mattei.
