Verschiedene Küchenkräuter, gepflanzt in Töpfe zum Verkauf

The classic herb mix, as defined by Escoffier, are parsley, chives, and a bit of chervil and tarragon and occasionally pimprenelle. It is very popular, often with garlic, in soft white cheeses.

Fines herbes are delicate, and unlike a bouquet garni, are added to a sauce or omelette at the end of cooking.
