St-Germain

elderflower liqueur

St-Germain

A relatively new kid on the booze block, invented in 2007, St-Germain claims to be the first liqueur made from elderflower blooms (fleurs de sureau), floral and delicate and sold in a beautiful Art Deco bottle. Named after the fashionable literary quartier in Paris, it’s good in a St-Germain spritz and other cocktails.
