Verrine aux poivrons rôtis avec du tahini infusé dans du yogourt

A verrine, the name of both the glass and what’s inside it, which can be sweet or savoury, a starter, part of a main course, or a dessert.

A verrine should be a pretty concoction in three or four layers, with the two top designed to whet the appetite for the star of the show at the bottom of the glass. They make for a très chic apéro.
