divorcé
split between chocolate and coffee
The divorcé is the perfect answer when you can’t decide what you want, or have agreed to split with partner (split éclairs, that is).
It consists of two balls of pâte à choux, one filled with chocolate and one with coffee, each topped with its proper fondant, stucked together with butter cream.
