Zucchini (courgette) fritters. A bit of a mouthful to say but one of the tastiest things on the mezedes menu. Grate them, squeeze out all the water, mix with grated onion and potato, cheese and plenty of mint and fry as patties in olive oil. They are also often made into balls and deep fried, and good with tzatziki.
