Peas. Delicious when cooked with a few other vegetables in olive oil (laderá).

Pátmos is famous for a unique pea called Φλίσκος κούντι (flískos koúdi), a robust plant seeded in the winterthat grows close to the ground and is harvested in May, and then dried.
