A summer classic: mixed roast vegetables with potatoes and plenty of olive oil, sometimes known as τουρλού (tourlou), from the Turkish for 'all mixed up.'

There's also an Albanian version (μπριάμ αλβανικό) (briam avaniko) of onions, green peppers, rice, hot chillies, rice, feta, dill and milk, baked in the oven.
