πατσαβουρόπιτα

Literally 'rag pie'. Made by crumbling feta (or other cheeses) on oiled leaves of phýllo, then folding them and placing them in a baking tin, before generously brushing them with whisked milk and eggs and sprinkling on sesame seeds before baking.
