Fat dumpling-style pasta, made into long strips and sliced, boiled, and usually served with tomato sauce or olive oil or melted butter and grated myzithra.

An Arvanite (old Albanian dialect) word and dish also known as γκόγκιζες (gogkizes), it's common in the Argolid and southern Evia where many Arvanites settled 500 or so years ago.
