καλασούνα Φολεγάνδρου

A cheese and onion pie from Folegandros, traditionally made on Saturdays, when people baked their bread for the week, and olive oil would be added to some of the extra dough to make the pie crust. The creamy filling is a mix of red and spring onions, feta and yogurt.
