This can be either a lemony pork pie with leeks, feta, many herbs and trachanas in an olive oil and vinegar pastry; traditionally made for New Years, and like a vasilopita, with a lucky coin inserted in the pie.

Or it can be a kind of flat yeast bread from Syros, topped with fish fillets mixed with tomatoes, onions, fennel, garlic and olive oil.
