Dinkelspelzen als Füllmaterial

Spelt, or Triticum spelta. An early form of wheat grown since antiquity, believed to have natural hybrid of emmer wheat (zeia) and wild goat grass as early as 6000BC.

Now as elsewhere making some of a comeback in Greece, and in specialty shops you can find όλυρο αλεύρι (olyro alevri, spelt flour).
