One recipe, τίκβα ψητή (tikva psiti) or roast pumpkin is made with coarsely grated pumpkin and squash, mixed with a little olive oil, flour and sugar, spread out on a baking sheet and then baked until crispy.
Ζζίτκα Τίκβα (zitka tikva) is Pomak pumpkin soup, made with milk and bread.
