Itslí kefté

An Armenian/Anatolia dish. Meatballs (traditionally spicy ground lamb or beef, mixed with onions, tomato, cumin, pepper, etc) in a golden bulgur (pligoúri crust), then boiled.

They are quite labour-intensive to make, and usually served with a yogurt sauce (σος γιαουρτιού).
