Caciucavaddu
Sicilian Caciocavallo
The Sicilian version of Caciocavallo tastes and looks different. Rather than a tear-drop shape, its typical form is parallelepipedic.
Hence the popular saying in Sicily that someone who is untrustworthy has 'four faces, like a Caciucavaddu'.
