Slovenian-style ravioli
Slovenian-style ravioli (the name derives from ‘zlikrofi’), popular in eastern Friuli. Egg pasta, filled with potatoes, bacon, onions and parmesan cheese, and usually topped with meat sauce flavoured with sage.
