anise and elderflower liqueur

Spirit flavoured with star anise and elderflower (sambuco), similar to ouzo or pastis, widely sold under names such as Romana, Ramazzotti, Molinari, etc.

The classic way to drink it is to add three coffee beans or 'flies' mosca for health, wealth and good luck, then set it alight to infuse the coffee taste in the liqueur
