Similar to coccoli, but rectangular. Also known as donzelle, zonzella or ficattole, and served with platters of cured meats and cheeses.

There is also a stuffed version, can be filled with deboned anchovies, or parmesan, or salame, or ham and cheese, then boiled in oil.
