zucchero a vela: powdered sugar.

zucchero demerara: raw cane light brown sugar with large crystals.

zucchero di canna: cane sugar.

zucchero di grano: corn sugar.

zucchero muscovado: fine brown sugar, which usually comes in chiara (light) or scuro (dark).

zucchero semolato: castor sugar.

zucchero vanigliato: vanilla-flavoured sugar.
