Sicilian caciocavallo

The Sicilian version of caciocavallo tastes and looks different. Rather than a tear-drop shape, it's typical form is parallelepipedic.

Hence the popular saying in Sicily that someone who is untrustworthy has 'four faces, like a caciucavaddu'.
