friarielli

turnip tops, or green peppers

This is a name often used in Lazio and Campania for cima di rapa. Neapolitans like to cook these greens with sausage. Some people call them broccoletti.

But also in Campania, friarielli can also be sweet green peppers, commonly fried with salt as a side dish.
