pastry shaped like a rose, traditionally given to brides

From eastern Sardinia's Barbagia region, a delicate pastry (see video below to see how they're made), in the shape of a white rose, with a base made out of a paste of toasted hazelnuts, dried fruit, vino cotto and chestnut honey.
