boutique blue cheese with a special rind

Muffa, the mould that forms on blue cheese, has given its name to an unusual boutique cow's cheese made in the Latteria Moro in Oderzo. The rind is covered with herbs, including mint, camomile, thyme, verbena and hay; the cheese is aged in oak barrels. The mint in the rind gives it a very distinct but very pleasant taste.
