bebe di Sorrento

baby caciocavallo

Named after its infant-like shape, the bebè di Sorrento is a pasta filata cheese, a milder, sweeter version of caciocavallo, made with cow's milk and seasoned for a much shorter time. It's on the Sorrento peninsula and is designated PAT.
