Bebè di Sorrento

Named after its infant-like shape, the Bebè di Sorrento is a pasta filata cheese, a milder, sweeter version of caciocavallo, made with cow's milk and seasoned for a much shorter time.

It's made on the Sorrento peninsula and designated PAT.
