'Sicilian' gnocchi

Canepina near Viterbo is famous for its ceciliani (the local pronunciation of 'Sicilian') pasta, wrapped around an iron rod and then cut. It's generally served with mushrooms sauce or spicy sugo.

Other names are gnocch a Canepina or gnocchi col ferro.
