fine wine infused with herbs
An after dinner drink, chinati are mixes of fine wines or grappas with the bark of Cinchona tree, or china, sugar, herbs and spices, resulting in a taste between vermouth and an amaro, but better, especially if it's a prized Barolo Chinato, made with DOCG Barolo.
