buckwheat crepes baked with cheese

A traditional dish of the Alta Valtellina, manfrigole are crepes made from buckwheat and wheat flou flour, then spread with béchemal sauce, bresaola, Valtellina casera cheese and melted butter, dotted with sage leaves and baked in the oven.
