pastiglie Leone

Torino’s famous lozenges

sweetie haul

Torino’s Pastiglie Leone company was founded in 1857, just before the city did its brief turn as the capital of Italy (1861—5), and is famous for its pretty little boxes filled with old fashioned quality sweets in every flavour under the sun, including absinthe, Martini, spritz, and brutti ma buoni.
