A cucina povera classic of the south: the sauce is made with onions, sometimes soaked in wine, fried with olive oil and lard. Then a chopped tomato is added, and breadcrumbs. When almost ready, toss in the hot cooked pasta (often bucatini) and swirl it around with some fresh Cacioricotta and a chili pepper if desired.
