Brindisi’s artichoke liqueur
Cynar is no longer the only bitter artichoke liqueur made in Italy. Recently two locals from Brindisi, Francesco Lillo and Fabrizio Di Rienzo, came up with a new way to use the artichokes that grow in the area and created Carduus, now much appreciated and served around the region.
