Herbes de Provence

A popular dried herb mix from the sunny South, herbes de Provence is made of summer savory, rosemary, oregano and thyme. It’s often used in tomato sauces and on grilled or broiled meat or vegetables.

You may also see herbes vénitiennes (tarragon, parsley, chervil and sorrel) used in beurre manié.
