Navarin D'Agneau Printanier, a Lamb Stew with Spring Vegetables. This is the dish just as it has come out of the oven.

Lamb shoulder stewed in white wine and tomatoes with vegetables, notably turnipy navets, which give navarin d’agneau its name and special flavour .

Navarin printanier is a springtime version using fresh peas, baby carrots, baby turnips, spring onions etc.
