Mandarins – whole, halved and peeled segment

Mandarines are the smaller, sweeter seedless cousins of the tangerine or satsuma, with an easy-to-peel thin skin. These grow very well on the east coast of Corsica, where 300 varieties are listed in San Giuliano’s National Citrus Biological Resource Centre; clementines are the most popular.
