Chavroux

French goat's milk cheese "Chavroux" pyramid shaped

An industrial fromage frais made from goat’s milk, Chavroux is named after goats (chèvre) and mild (doux). It comes in the form of a truncated pyramid, similar to Valençay among others. It also comes in the form of a log (bûche).
