pannequets

Pannequet comes from the English ‘pancake’, so they can be thicker than a crêpe. They are nearly always rolled up around something sweet or savoury.

A pannequet can also mean a ‘packet’—something wrapped in a cabbage leaf, etc.

Bread, pancakes, etc
