‘dog poop’ gnocchi
Made in Nice, merda di can earned their funny name from their shape more than their colour, unless your dog has had some kind of weird tummy thing going on. Made with chard and potatoes, and formed into cylinder-ish shapes, these green gnocchi are usually topped with a tomato sauce and cheese.
