caramels d’Isigny
creamy toffees
Isigny-sur-Mer is home of the finest creams, some of which go into its soft, chewy caramels d’Isigny, invented in 1932 by Ernest Fleutot.
They come in various flavours: vanilla, café, chocolate and noisette (hazelnut).
