Crapiaux (or Crêpiau or Crépiot) are thick sweet crêpes filled with sliced apples. They were often served at breakfast to give farm workers a morning boost. They also make them in Berry, where they are sanciaux.

In Burgundy, crapiau morvandiau is a savoury crêpe with bacon.
