Buchettes du Berry

You have to go to athe Pâtisserie Rossignon on the Rue Moyenne in the handsome cathedral city of Bourges to find a little bundle of Buchettes du Berry, but it’s worth it.
Three generations of know-how have gone into making these sticks of soft buttery caramel, embedded with grilled almond bits, covered in dark chocolate and rolled in cocoa.
