Chaud Biloute

cheese born to be baked

Chaud Biloute

The new cow’s milk cheese made by La Ferme du Pont des Loups in Saint-Aubin in the Nord department, Chaud Biloute is the first cheese from the Hauts-de-France that is made to be eaten hot and melted and gooey like a Mont d'Or.

Like Mont d’Or you bake it in the box it comes in; unlike Mont d’Or it comes in individual portions. It’s often served in restaurants with boiled potatoes, charcuterie and a salad.
